When working with someone on improving their positioning, there’s one question that always crops up eventually:
“How focused should my positioning be?”
The answer is:
Your positioning should be focused enough to attract a satisfactory number of leads.
So, if you’re NOT happy with the number of leads your getting, your positioning needs more work.
What does “more work” mean?
You need to get more specific about WHAT YOU DO or WHO YOU HELP.
