Articulated finger extensions

Fellow list member Iain Gray wrote in with an example of someone who seems impossibly niched down, and yet appears to be doing quite well for himself:

Jonathan, I don’t think I’ve seen one this specific (and intriguing) for a while... https://www.facebook.com/gary.fay.creations/ This guy makes articulated finger extensions (for props, costumes, or for fun) He seems to be pretty busy with orders too! Iain

Five years ago, I wouldn’t have guessed that someone who makes creepy (and expensive!) articulated finger extensions would have a 4 month waiting list. Heck, I would have been surprised that he’s making a living at all.

But these days, it doesn’t surprise me a bit.

Wouldn’t you like to have client work booked out 3 months in advance? Or to have a waiting list for your next course launch? Or to have your coaching program sell out in a day?

If those things seem out of reach for you right now, I’d be willing to bet that getting laser-focused with your positioning is the answer.

Yours,
