What they WANT

If you’re good at what you do, you’ll probably know in the first fifteen minutes of talking to a prospective client what they need.

But what they NEED doesn’t matter.

The goal of talking to them is to find out what they want.

If you can’t find out what they want, you’ve got nothing to price.
