Is it a positioning problem?
If you’re not getting as much business as you’d like, you might have a positioning problem.
Or... you might not.
How can you tell?
Let’s say you’re a solo consultant or running a small firm.
And...
You’re getting a decent number of qualified leads every month.
But...
You can’t seem to get enough of them to actually buy anything.
In a case like this, I’d say positioning probably isn’t your main problem.
Your main problem is probably one of the following:
- Messaging
- Packaging
- Pricing
- Negotiation
Tinkering with your positioning might be fun, but it won’t improve your situation if it’s not the main problem.
