Positioning Hack

If you can’t quite get yourself to go “all in” on a positioning statement for your entire business, here’s a hack to get you started:

Create a positioning statement for one of your services instead.

For example...

If you currently offer a paid consulting call where anybody can ask you anything, then duplicate that sales page and update the language so that it’s clearly designed for a specific person who is struggling with a specific problem.

This will change absolutely nothing about how you price or deliver the consulting call.

It’s merely a change to how you package it for sale.
