Strictly speaking...
What you do has no value.
Design, development, photography, illustration, calligraphy, accounting, legal, whatever it is that you do, it has no value in the objective sense.
How can this be true?
Because NOTHING is valuable in the objective sense.
Value is SUBJECTIVE.
Which is to say...
Value is not a property of a thing, it is a perception in the mind of a buyer.
Someone may value what you do but what you do doesn’t have value in an abstract or absolute sense.
Value is a thing that the buyer brings to the party.
Without a potential buyer, there is no value in your offering.
Yours,
—J
