Best practices are not enough
You might be great at what you do, but that DOES NOT ensure you can deliver a beneficial outcome to a potential client.
- They might have self-diagnosed poorly
- They might have unrealistic expectations
- They might be chronically unsatisfiable
Don’t work with clients unless you’re confident you improve their condition.
Here’s the thing...
You can execute the best practices of your industry all day long... but that on its own doesn’t mean you’re going to satisfy anybody.
To build a successful business, focus on customer satisfaction not best practices.
