Disposable

Think back to the last time you cooked spaghetti sauce.

Once you were done cooking, did you throw out the pot?

I’ll bet you didn’t.

You probably washed it so that you could use it again in the future.

Now think back to the last time that you used paper towels.

Once you were done, did you throw them out? Or did you try to clean them for future use?

Here’s the thing...

Why do you reuse pots but not paper towels?

Why do you consider some things to be disposable and others not?

What are the stories that you tell yourself when thinking about whether or not something is disposable?
