Jonathan, Last fall I stumbled on to your Ditching Hourly podcast while going through some business growing pains last fall. Fast forward to this year after using your proposal template constantly - revenue is up 40+% primarily because I niched down and shifted to value based pricing and outcomes. And not to mention the decrease in stress level and increase in time to do other things. Ironically, my business is even more focused than ever before. The productized services are emerging, opportunities to teach are coming, it’s crazy how focusing on a niche will open up opportunities.
