Know thyself
Confidence plays big part in growing your business. It figures into your marketing, pricing, sales, delivery, and so on.
But I’m not talking about a general sense of overall confidence that you sometimes see in people who are cocky or arrogant by nature.
No, I’m talking about a more selective kind of confidence.
The kind of confidence that comes from self-awareness.
From knowing what you’re good at and knowing what you suck at.
And most importantly, having the courage to be honest about both with others.
That’s the kind of confidence that projects value, builds trust, increases impact, and raises profits.
So...
Don’t be afraid to proudly tell people what you’re good at, and never pretend you’re good at something you’re not.
Yours,
—J
