A highway at MAXIMUM capacity is complete gridlock like you’d see in a zombie movie.
A highway at OPTIMAL capacity is traffic zipping along at the designated speed limit.
Now, check this out...
The OPTIMAL number of cars on the road is ALWAYS going to be LESS THAN the MAXIMUM number of cars that the road can hold.
Here’s the thing...
It’s the same with your calendar.
The OPTIMAL number of appointments on your calendar is ALWAYS going to be LESS THAN the MAXIMUM number that your calendar can hold.
