My Secret Weapons

When I talk about my daily routine and how I use it to manage my business in just a few hours per week, many people ask about what tools I use.

Most of them are pretty obvious and uninteresting, like:

• Google Chrome
• Google Calendar
• Gmail
• Slack
• Zoom

Some are a little more obscure but not revolutionary at all:

• Remember The Milk (todo list app)
• Sublime Text (plain text editor)
• Acorn (image editor)
• Audacity (audio editor)
• Riverside (podcast recording software)
• Descript (transcription software)

And then there are a few that I consider to be my secret weapons:

• aText (typing accelerator)
• Grammarly (writing assistance)
• ChatGPT (general assistance)

Over the next week or two, I’ll go into some detail about how I use these secret weapons to supercharge my productivity.
