Success story from reader Kamran Ayub
Fellow list member Kamran Ayub wrote in to share a “lightbulb moment” related to my last message (shared with permission, bold mine):
This was an ah-hah moment for me when I realized that I was limiting myself to only think of solutions related to coding, when the actual things my client needed were crystal clear. And then it was a matter of, okay, how can my particular set of skills be used to help achieve these outcomes.
It sounds easy but it is very hard to make the mental shift. Since my client wanted marketing, and I only was thinking in coding, it took me awhile to connect the dots.
Cheers, Kamran
Any time a reader has a lightbulb moment, I consider it a tiny success :-)
