Unconvinced

So many people ask me some form of this question:

“How can I convince my client that what I do is valuable?”

A more useful question would be to ask:

“How can I find out what my client wants the most?”

Once you know what your client already wants, you just need to figure out how to deliver it.

You don’t have to convince them of anything.
