Someday you’ll have a client who gets themselves into a jam.

They’ll ask you to do something that you know is impossible to get them out of it.

Your job in that moment is NOT to try to “rise to the occasion” and attempt something that you are certain will fail.

Your job in that moment is to say no - with empathy and respect - so they can start doing damage control right away.

Don’t feel bad about it... you’ll be doing them a favor. It’s always better to face reality sooner than later.

Plus, “superhero” is a terrible business model.
