Price the results

If you are regularly paid $200 per hour to write software (or shoot video or edit podcasts or design logos or whatever), then you might start to believe that your time is worth $200.

But your time is NOT worth $200 per hour. If this were true, then you could just as easily make $200/hr mowing lawns.

No one cares about your time. What clients care about is your contribution to a business outcome that they desire. They want results, not hours.

Price the results.

Yours,
