Trust is a two-way street
If you don’t trust your clients, you can’t reasonably expect them to trust you.
If your clients don’t trust you, you can’t do your best work.
If can’t do your best work, it’s hard to deliver high-value outcomes.
If you’re not delivering high value outcomes, you can’t meaningfully increase your profits.
If you can’t increase your profits, you’ll feel pressure to take on any client who comes your way.
If you take on any client who comes your way, you’ll end up working with people you don’t trust.
