The ambiguity of words

Lately, I’ve received a bunch of messages in which the authors conflate terms that need to be clearly differentiated if you want to grow your profits.
- Value pricing and value billing
- Mentoring and coaching
- Strategy and tactics
- Deliverable and benefits
- Maintenance contract and retainer agreement
Confusing any of these is problematic, so I invite you to visit my student glossary to get my take on the specific meaning of these (and a boatload of other) terms.
