Kickstart Your Sales Pipeline
A hands-on workshop for independent consultants and small firm owners.
Providence, RI • 2026
Dinner: Wed, Dec 9
Workshop: Thu, Dec 10
Uncover Demand • Start Conversations • Generate Opportunities
The Usual Tactics Aren’t Working
If your sales pipeline needs a kickstart, you don’t need to buy paid ads, spam cold leads, or clown around on social media.
You need a clear strategy for uncovering demand, deciding who to contact and why, starting real conversations, and turning the right conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
That’s what we’ll work on in this hands-on workshop for independent consultants and small firm owners. You’ll leave with actionable next steps you can use immediately.
Who This Is For
This workshop is for you if you’re good at what you do, know who you want to help (or are ready to narrow it down), and want to try something new. I’ve spent more than a decade advising hundreds of business owners on positioning, publishing, pricing, and sales, and I’ve watched the usual lead generation tactics become less effective. We’ll focus on new ways to uncover demand, start conversations, and create qualified opportunities—without buying ads, spamming cold leads, or clowning around on social media.

Still have questions?
Q: What happens after I register?
Once you register, I’ll email you to confirm your seat and ask about any dietary restrictions. As we get closer to the workshop, I’ll send the exact dinner and workshop locations, along with anything you need to prepare in advance.
Q: Do I need to stay two nights?
No. We’ll have dinner Wednesday at 6:30 PM and wrap up Thursday at 4:00 PM, so if you’re coming from out of town, you’ll only need one night in Providence.
Q: What’s included in the price?
The $2,500 registration fee includes Wednesday dinner, Thursday lunch, and the full-day workshop. Travel and lodging are not included.
Q: Can someone else from my firm attend with me?
Yes, as long as seats remain. Each attendee needs to register separately.
Q: Will the workshop be recorded?
No. This is a live, hands-on workshop, and there won’t be a recording.
Q: What should I bring?
Bring a laptop and whatever notes or materials you use to manage your current sales pipeline. I’ll provide the worksheets and everything else you’ll need.
Q: Will there be time to discuss my specific situation?
Yes. The workshop is limited to ten people so we’ll have time to discuss your business and answer questions as we go.
Q: What’s the best way to get to Providence?
If you’re flying, use Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport (PVD), about 15 minutes from downtown Providence. If you’re coming from Boston or New York, Amtrak brings you directly into downtown.
Q: Where should I stay?
I’ll send you a short list of nearby hotels after you register. You’ll only need one night—Wednesday, December 9.
Q: When should I plan to arrive and leave?
Plan to arrive in Providence by late afternoon Wednesday so you can make dinner at 6:30 PM. The workshop ends at 4:00 PM Thursday, so plan to leave Thursday evening.
