Confidence is overrated

Confidence — A belief in one’s own abilities.

Courage — The ability to act in the face of fear.

Daring — A willingness to undertake new or risky projects.

Initiative — The motivation to start things independently.

Here’s the thing...

Confidence is wonderful, but you don’t need it to do great things.

Courage, daring, or initiative are enough.
