Starting From Zero

Businesses exist to solve problems for the people they serve.

Starting a business without knowing who you help with what is a recipe for struggle.

If I was starting from zero with a brand new business, the first thing I would do would be to get laser focused about my positioning.

Doing so makes absolutely everything about building a business SO much easier.

Here’s an exercise you can do when you’re starting from scratch...

Ask yourself:

  1. Who would you most want to serve?
  2. What are the biggest pains would you help them alleviate?

The more specific your answers, the more likely you’ll be to succeed.
