Do less work and make more money with value-based pricing with Jonathan Stark
The talented Jimmy Rose recently honored me with an invitation to come on his podcast Agency Highway to talk about value pricing for agencies.
Roughly halfway through, Jimmy and I went pretty deep on scope creep. If you are considering value pricing but donare holding back because you’re worried about scope creep, I think you might find some useful perspective there.
