It’s not uncommon for folks like us to observe that their clients are doing something in a way that is sub optimal.

This on its own, does not constitute value for the client. It’s a very hard to convince someone who doesn’t know they have a problem that they have a problem. And they tend not to appreciate it If you try.

In my experience, it’s easier to simply attract people who are already looking for help with the thing that you are good at.
