Hi Jonathan,

It is Spring in Australia at the moment, and for me, that means getting the vegetable patch pumping ready for Summer.

I was at the local nursery looking for some potting mix. You wouldn’t believe the variety. There was potting mix specifically for cacti, for orchids, for vegetables, for citrus plants, and for growing from seed. In among these varieties, I saw this:

All Purpose Potting Mix: A specially formulated mix suitable for all plant types.

I love that. Specially formulated to be one size fits all.

No prizes for guessing which potting mix was the cheapest...
