Reader question re My Task Tracking App Setup

Longtime list member Joe Fisher replied to my last message with a couple of follow-up questions (shared with permission):

Two questions:

  1. Don’t you need to balance those push-ups out with some pull-ups or rows?!?
  2. I don’t see much related to ‘adding value’ for clients…which seems odd, no?

LOL! I go to the gym for the other muscle groups.

We’re actually tested on pushups and situps at the karate school we go to, so I like to keep in practice 😎👍

(BTW, the gym is in my calendar because it’s an appointment with another person - i.e., my trainer)

That’s partially luck of the draw.

Some days have one-off tasks I need to do for a private coaching student.

But mostly, my client work lives in my calendar as 1:1 accountability call appointments.

I also have weekly todos for Ditcherville, which would fall into the “client work” category.
