How do you decide on your podcast topic?

How do you pick your podcast topic?

Great question!

Maybe you have too many ideas...

or you don’t want to pick something you’ll get tired of...

or your favorite idea has nothing to do with your work.

To pick a focus for your show, it helps to ask yourself why you’re starting a podcast in the first place.

What do you want to change?

(for yourself, the guests, the listeners, or the world in general)
