Notice Meetings

Yesterday, I attended a webinar hosted by Nick Richtsmeier called Master the Notice Meeting, and it really resonated with me.

As with my previous conversation with Nick, he put clear words to something I’m terrible at describing.

The concept of Nick’s “Notice Meeting” serves a similar purpose to what I call going on a listening tour.

The big difference is that Nick REALLY gets into the nitty-gritty of how to conduct the call compared to what I usually say, which is basically just:

“Have a conversation, listen way more than you talk, and for the love of all that is holy, DON’T PITCH!”
