Clients don’t buy hours.

They buy increased profitability...

or faster time to market...

or reduced risk...

or whatever else they actually care about.

If AI or automation or tooling or plain old experience helps you deliver the result faster, great!

Doing so doesn’t make the client’s desired outcome worth less to them.
