Yesterday’s Problems
When things are changing like crazy, go back to the fundamentals.
Probably the most fundamental concept of a consulting business is this:
Solve problems for your clients and they will give you money.
This is so blindingly obvious that you could almost call it a “law of physics”, but for business.
Here’s the thing...
Problems change.
If you’re in love with solving yesterday’s problems, it’ll be hard to adapt when new ones come along.
