Generating Leads

When you look back at your calendar for last week, how much time did you spend on activities that reliably generate new leads?

What about the week before that?

And the week before?

Leads don’t materialize by magic.

You have to do something to generate them.

If your pipeline is empty, I’ll you’re probably not regularly doing any marketing (or you’re wasting time on the wrong activities).

Not having enough leads is terrible for your confidence, and therefore, your ability to command premium fees.

Why?

Because you end up desperate for work.

And when you’re desperate for work, you’ll take any prospect who comes through the door, even if they’re flying red flags by the dozen and you’re forced to slash your prices to land the gig.

It’s really not rocket science, folks...

If you want more leads, you have to make marketing a regular habit.
