Still worth doing?
There are probably a fair number of things you do every week or month that you started doing a long time ago and are now just habits.
When was the last time you reviewed your list of regular activities and asked yourself if they’re still worth doing?
For example...
Maybe you started doing something a long time ago that you thought would produce a desirable outcome, but it turns out it didn’t.
Or maybe you have been doing something for a long time that used to produce desirable outcomes, but it no longer does.
If you make a list of everything you did over the last couple of weeks and notice there is something on there that is not producing results, just stop doing it.
Delete it from your life.
If it turns out things get worse, then start doing it again.
But if nothing changes, you’ve just bought back some time and energy.
