Six live 90-minute Zoom workshops designed to help you stop leaving money on the table: pricing, positioning, publishing, sales conversations, proposals, and productized offers.

Individual Workshops » $450   The Full Series » $2,250

Who this is for

The Soloist Growth Series is for independent consultants, soloists, advisors, coaches, and expertise-based business owners who want to increase their income without adding staff, selling time, or clowning around on social media.

It is not for agencies trying to scale headcount, or for anyone looking for a community, an accountability group, or a course with modules and badges. These are working sessions. You show up, we work on your business, you leave with decisions made.

Why these six workshops

Most soloists do not have a talent problem. They have a leverage problem, and it shows up in the same six places over and over:

They price their work like labor. They position themselves so vaguely that referrals stall. They publish sporadically or not at all, so every prospect starts cold. They dread sales conversations. They write proposals that try to do the selling for them. And they never package their expertise into something a happy client could describe in one sentence.

These six workshops address those six leverage points, in order. The sequence is deliberate: how you think about money, who you are to the market, how demand finds you, how the conversation goes, how the deal gets papered, and how the whole thing gets packaged so it can happen again without reinventing everything.

You can jump in anywhere. But it is designed as an arc.

The workshops

1. Stop Pricing Like A Freelancer (Aug 12)

How to move away from labor-based pricing and toward fees based on what the outcome is worth to the buyer — not what the work costs you to deliver.

2. Positioning For Soloists Who Hate Niching Down (Sep 8)

How to become easier to refer, easier to trust, and easier to buy from without trapping yourself in a tiny market you will hate six months from now.

3. Publishing That Creates Demand (Sep 29)

How to use regular publishing — not virality, not the algorithm, not posting on a schedule you'll abandon by February — to make prospects trust your thinking before they ever talk to you, so the sales conversation starts halfway done.

4. Sales Conversations That Don't Feel Sleazy (Oct 20)

How to structure prospect conversations so the buyer tells you what the outcome is worth — and how to spot the people who were never going to buy before you waste a month chasing them.

5. The Proposal Is Not The Sale (Nov 10)

How to stop using proposals to persuade strangers, and start using them to confirm agreements that have already been reached in conversation.

6. Turn Your Expertise Into A Productized Offer (Dec 1)

How to package your judgment into a fixed-scope, fixed-price offer that a happy client could describe to a friend in one sentence — without dumbing it down, commoditizing it, or inventing a fake "proprietary process."

Why buy the full series

If one of these topics is on fire for you right now, buy that workshop. It will stand on its own.

But the six are designed to work together. Pricing without positioning leaves you charging premium fees in a market that cannot tell you apart. Positioning without publishing means nobody finds out. Publishing without sales skills means warm prospects arrive and leak away. And none of it compounds until it is packaged into an offer you can sell again and again.

Taken together, the series is a complete system for a solo business: how you think about money, how the market sees you, how demand reaches you, how deals get done, and how it all gets packaged.

The full series is $2,250, which is six workshops for the price of five.

How it works

FAQ

What if the workshop I want is sold out? You can still buy it. The 20-person limit applies to live attendance only. You'll receive the recording, transcript, summary notes, and worksheet like everyone else. You just can't attend live.

Do I need to attend live? No. Every registrant gets the recording, transcript, summary notes, and worksheet whether they attend or not. That said, attending live means you can ask questions about your specific situation, which is where a lot of the value is.

Can I buy just one workshop? Yes. Each workshop stands on its own and costs $450.

Can I buy the full series? Yes. All six workshops for $2,250, which is six for the price of five.

Are recordings included? Yes. Recordings, transcripts, summary notes, and worksheets are included with every registration.

Who is this not for? Agencies scaling headcount, employees, and anyone who wants an ongoing community or accountability structure. These are focused working sessions, not a membership.

How is this different from a course or a community? There are no modules, no forum, no drip content, and no ongoing commitment. Each workshop is a single live working session on one topic, plus the materials. You get what you came for and get back to work.

What happens after I register? You'll receive a confirmation with calendar details and your Zoom link for each session you registered for. Materials arrive by email after each workshop.
