Mine Yourself

Three private working sessions to turn years of scattered recordings, articles, and transcripts into a system that gives you back your own best thinking — whenever you need it.

Mine Your Best Thinking • Name Your Frameworks • Stop Starting From Scratch

You’re sitting on a goldmine you can’t see

Pop quiz. In the last year, how many podcasts have you been on? Webinars have you run? Speaking gigs have you done? Client calls have you recorded?

If you’re averaging even two hours of recordings a week, that’s about a million words a year. Your words. Your voice. Your best thinking.

But where is all of it? Scattered across Zoom, Google Drive, Riverside, Dropbox, old hard drives, and email attachments you forgot existed. No transcripts. No way to search any of it. You’ve probably already said the thing perfectly — on some podcast, in some webinar, on some coaching call — but you can’t find it. So you wing it every time.

You don’t need a writer. You need a librarian.

Most people try to get AI to write for them. If you’ve tried this, you know it doesn’t work. It comes out generic and boring. And besides — you don’t need new content.

AI stinks at writing. But it’s great at reading huge piles of text, finding patterns, and organizing your existing words into things like books, courses, keynotes, and frameworks.

Your words. Your voice.

Here’s what changes

When you sit down to write you don’t have to start from a blank page. You ask the system, “What have I already said about this?” and it hands you the sharpest version — something you said on a podcast eighteen months ago that you’d completely forgotten about. You read it and think, “Wow, that’s pretty good.”

When you’re about to go on a podcast you can prep in ten minutes. Pull up your best examples, your go-to metaphors, and the clearest version of your argument on that topic. No more reinventing the wheel. No more winging it and then remembering what you should have said after the recording is over.

When you are looking for a new topic you can find something that you mention all the time but have never given a dedicated, thorough treatment. That’s a webinar waiting to happen. Or a short book. Or your next keynote. Probably all three.

When you want to codify your IP you can find frameworks you use all the time but have never named. Name them and they become real intellectual property — the kind you can package, teach, and license.

Stop staring at an empty screen wondering what to write today. The system shows you the gaps — the things you’ve hinted at but never fleshed out. The bridges between ideas that are obvious to you but invisible to your audience. It's like buried treasure just sitting there waiting to be dug up.

How it works

Three private, 60-minute working sessions on Zoom. Recorded so you can refer back. Tailored to your tools, your content, and whatever you want to build first.

Session 1 — Gather & prep

We figure out what you have and where it lives. Podcasts, webinars, client calls, articles, newsletters, talks, courses — we identify what’s worth mining and get it into shape. I help you set up a transcription workflow that fits your existing tools so new material flows in automatically going forward. You leave this session with a clean, searchable back catalog ready to mine.

Session 2 — Mine & map

We run the mining prompts against your entire body of work. Theme discovery. Framework extraction — including the unnamed concepts hiding in your material that probably deserve a name. Gap analysis that shows you where the missing bridges are. You see the full map of your intellectual property for the first time. It’s kind of wild.

Session 3 — Build the first thing

We pick your highest-priority project and start building it. Could be a book outline with reader questions you can answer into a mic. Could be a keynote built around a framework the system found. Could be a daily content workflow with a hopper full of ideas in your own words. Whatever makes sense for your business right now — we use your mined material to get it moving. You leave with momentum, not just a plan.

What you walk away with

A searchable back catalog. All of your best material — spoken and written — in one place, indexed and ready to query. Not a messy folder. A system that works in whichever AI tool you prefer.

Your intellectual property, mapped. Themes, named frameworks, unnamed concepts worth branding, gaps in your published thinking, and the evolution of your ideas over time. The full landscape of what you know and where to go deeper.

An idea file that fills itself. Every new recording you make gets processed and mined for short, punchy content ideas — with your exact words attached, not AI summaries. Your newsletter, LinkedIn posts, and social content stop starting from zero.

A real project, underway. Not a plan to start someday. An actual book draft, course outline, keynote structure, or content workflow — built from your existing material, in your voice, with real momentum behind it.

Is this right for you?

This is specifically for independent consultants, advisors, and coaches who sell on the strength of their expertise and have a real body of past work to mine.

Your guide

Jonathan Stark

I’ve spent the last decade helping expertise-based business owners ditch hourly billing. Books, daily emails, hundreds of podcast appearances, more webinars and workshops than I can count.

When I built this system for myself — about 1,300 files, a decade of material — I found articles I had zero memory of writing. Frameworks I use on every coaching call but never named. And one gap that nearly knocked me out of my chair: the entire societal-level premise behind my work. The thing underneath everything. Apparently I’d never written about it directly.

I ran a group version of this workshop and it was good, but everybody’s situation was different. Different tools, different amounts of content, different priorities. The 1:1 format means we build exactly the right system for you, with whatever tools you already use, pointed at whatever you want to build first.

Common questions

Do I need to use Claude specifically? No. The process is portable. Claude Projects is one easy option, but it works equally well in other tools — ChatGPT, Gemini, Cowork, Claude Code, or anything that lets you query a large body of text. We’ll use whatever fits your existing workflow.

How much content do I need? Even 10–20 solid pieces of material is enough to start. If you’ve been podcasting, running webinars, or writing a newsletter for a year, you almost certainly have plenty. We’ll figure out what you have and what’s worth mining in the first session.

What if my recordings aren’t transcribed yet? That’s part of what we solve in Session 1. I’ll help you set up a transcription workflow that’s fast, cheap, and low-friction so it doesn’t become a bottleneck going forward.

Is this going to produce AI-generated content? No. The entire point is to surface your words. The system returns verbatim quotes from your past material — not summaries, not AI rewrites. When you sit down to write, you’re working from the sharpest thing you’ve already said, not starting from an AI draft that doesn’t sound like you.

How far apart are the sessions? We’ll schedule them based on what makes sense for you. Typically a week or two apart so you have time to gather material between sessions and build momentum on your project.

What if I already did the group workshop? The 1:1 goes deeper. We customize the mining prompts for your specific content, build the system in whatever tools you actually use, and spend a full session on your first real project — the part that got the most energy in the group workshop but had the least time.
