Don’t believe the (anti) hype
There’s so much interesting stuff going on right now that I am literally having a hard time sleeping.
This situation is probably exacerbated by the fact that tech has been dreadfully boring to me for at least the last ten years.
That said...
Is the AI hype out of control?
Heck yes!
Does that mean it’s all BS?
Heck no!
Here’s the thing...
You might be looking for any excuse to NOT explore the capabilities of AI:
- “It hallucinates!”
- “It makes mistakes!”
- “It’s not perfect!”
- “I tried it once on a free account last year, and it stunk!’
I get it.
You are comfy and want everything to stay the same.
But things sometimes change out from under us.
I’m pretty sure this is one of those times.
