Pointless Pricing Panic
IF you have always based your prices on your costs
AND you recognize that AI collapses your costs by a factor of ten
THEN you are probably panicking because this means your income will collapse as an inevitable consequence.
But I have good news!
Cost-based price thinking is terrible for your business, so all you need to do is change your thinking.
Here’s the thing...
If you base your prices on the value delivered instead of the cost incurred, then both you and the client will benefit from any productivity increases, whether they come from AI or automation or boilerplate or whatever else.
