The real game-changer with value pricing is that once you internalize it, you automatically start rethinking your cost structure.
The net result of this is that - as if by magic - you start finding significantly cheaper and easier ways to deliver outsized results to your clients.
Why does this happen?
Because you are no longer penalized financially for lowering your costs.
I mean, it does make perfect sense...
If you’re billing on a time-and-materials or cost-plus basis, then lowering your costs would decrease your income.
Why would you try to think of a way to decrease your costs if doing so would cause you to lose money?
You wouldn’t.
Which means:
Both you and your clients could be more profitable.
