Give Yourself a Raise

One of the most wonderful things about ditching hourly billing is that getting faster at delivering great results to your clients is like giving yourself a big fat raise.

For example...

Let’s say you run a process for a client every month that takes 10 hours. You charge them $100/hr, and therefore make $1,000 each time.

Then, you switch to a fixed price of $1,000 per process and find ways to get it done in half the time without decreasing the quality of the result.

You’ve doubled your hourly rate!

(Well, your effective hourly rate, because you don’t have an hourly rate anymore... huzzah!)

Okay, great...

But how do you get stuff done twice as fast as you used to?

Systems Challenge is Back

This coming Monday, my 10-Day Systems Challenge begins.

10DSC is designed to help you increase your productivity by creating simple systems for your life and business.

The challenge consists of ten exercises, one sent every weekday for two weeks. Each exercise will move you closer to systematizing your activities, thereby decreasing your workload and increasing your results.

The workshop is totally asynchronous, so no scheduled appointments or specific time commitment. Obvs, you’ll have to spend some time responding to the daily prompts, but you can do so at your own pace.
